Today’s educational Institutions are not only aiming at Knowledge Acquisition, but also to the development of their character, adoptability and life long learning. The students are prepared to be the responsible professional ethical leaders, resilient individuals for navigating their uncertainty situations in their life’s journey. In this 21st Century, the nature of education, employment opportunities and societal expectations are unprecedent in nature. The Increase of Technological disruption, Globalisation, Automation, A.I, Paradigm shifts in workplace cultures and evolving societal values has made a momentum to think on the future of our students and their purpose of learning !

The Success any student, is the success for any Educational Institutions, their parents and their family too. However, the holistic student success formula is when a student has a good foundation of thinking, emotional balance and values. Has a good growth capacity in resilience, curiosity, learning ability. Does not forget to imbibe his / her passion, be ethical and in todays’ dynamic world be digital ready too. The phrase “future-ready students” has gained a lot of prominence among the individuals in the society. Today, the world demands not only educated individuals, but adaptable, resilient and future ready citizens.

Hence, the success of a student is not only graduating with knowledge but also inculcating the mix of knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values that matter a lot! i.e. “Knowledge x Character x Adaptability.” We would have heard the quote stating “Knowledge alone is not enough without character and adaptability.” Overall, the holistic development of the students intends not only to gain knowledge but also to have a very good character, which is inbuilt with emotional maturity, morality, and the ability to identify and know the purpose of life to thrive in this competitive dynamic world. Any student is future-ready, where he is able to balance his personal, professional and spiritual life.

The basic three pillars of the future ready students are always begins, sustains and ends when there is a co-ordination of Mind, Heart and Strength, which emerges when Intelligence (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), Values / Spiritual Quotient (SQ) and Resilience / Adversity Quotient (AQ) which are strengthened by an individual Curiosity (CQ), Passion (PQ) and Continuous Learning (LQ)

Any student who is prepared and be readiness in Academics, Career, Digital, Social and Emotional, Ethical and Global, Technical and Technological, Acquaint in multidisciplinary Capabilities, Agility, Foster Creativity and Innovation is the need of  the hour. Finally, a real measure on “future ready student” is the one who grows as self- reliant, responsible and value driven individual which drives to be a responsible citizen and serves as an asset to the family, career, society, and the nation.
